Found these pretzels on a recent trip to Walmart. One of the ingredients listed on the package is honey, but it is hard to detect any honey in these pretzels. They are certainly not as sweet as a honey-wheat pretzel twist. At 400mg of sodium, their salt content is higher than most pretzels, but their salty flavor is not overwhelming. Frankly, other pretzels taste saltier, but contain less sodium.
Hanover should not be confused with Snyder's of Hanover; they are two separate bakers. Hanover, PA, is considered by some to be the "snack capital of the world" as there are many snack food companies with headquarters in the area, including Utz, Herr's, Gibbles and Martin's.
